Eligibility
Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Size exchange or return requests may depend on stock availability and product condition.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, send photos and order details so we can review and help resolve it.
Sale or custom items
Final sale, worn, washed, altered, or custom items may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed issue with the order.
